Pro-FLEX

Pro-FLEX elatomers are designed to give the most comprehensive of SHORE hardness from 15A-85A. With the introduction of two new clear elastomers completes a range like no other. Pro-FLEX benefits from simple mix ratios, fast process times and extremely strong tear strengths.

Pro-CLEAR

Pro-CLEAR resins have been formulated to give optically clear urethanes with various wokring times and cure speeds to suit a wide range of applications where clarity is a must. Pro-CLEAR resins reproduce and fine detail and cure to tough, thermoplastic simulating ABS, PP and PE which can be machined, drilled, sanded and polished.

Pro-RIGID

Pro-RIGID resins will allow the user to duplicate the properties of a number of engineering plastics with low-cost tooling in a very short time. Pro-RIGID resins cover a broad range of applications, from ABS, PP, PE and include excellent fire retardent systems. These high performance materials have been designed for vacuum casting so will give the user outstanding performance.

RenPIM VG

RenPIM Vacuum Grade allows you to produce different thermoplastic ABS, HDPE, PP, Rubber parts. These parts are made within minutes providing time and cost efficiency. The high quality parts made from RenPIM VG are dimensionally stable and are accurately reproduce fine surface detail and textures.

RWDI Anemos

RWDI

RWDI Anemos help designers to create comfortable environments and high performance buildings and structures for all the worlds’ climates. RDWI Anemos use Mouldlife ML80, is a 0.8 Styling Board for the manufacturing of architectural models for wind tunnel testing. The advantage to the customer is that this polyurethane polymer foam is lightweight, easy to cut making it an ideal product for making single or multi building models. Electronic probes are attached to the model to measure the effect of the newly planned buildings on the existing landscape. The advantage to the customer is that new buildings can be made quickly and slotted in as required.
